Dr. Justin Wright, DDS

Founder and Clinical Director · Just Wright Dental and Implant Center · Corsicana, Texas

Dr. Justin C. Wright is one of a small group of clinicians in the United States credentialed in zygomatic and pterygoid implant placement. Over 18 years in practice he has placed more than 8,000 dental implants and now completes roughly 200 full-arch reconstructions each year.

Much of his work involves patients who have already been told somewhere else that they do not have enough bone for implants, or that nothing can be done. Remote-anchorage technique often makes treatment possible for those patients the same day, without bone grafting.

The PATZY protocol

PATZY is Dr. Wright's own 3D prosthetically driven remote-anchorage protocol — a same-day, graft-free approach for patients who have been told they have no bone for implants. He has completed more than 1,000 full-arch cases using it.

What makes it work is the planning. Every case is designed from the patient's own facial features using CBCT imaging and digital smile design, then produced in-house.

An entirely in-house digital workflow

The practice runs a 100% in-house digital lab: CBCT planning, digital smile design, 12 CAD/CAM milling machines and 4 3D printers. Surgical guides, healing prosthetics and final restorations are made on site, with no outside-lab dependency. That is why same-day treatment is possible and why patients are not waiting weeks between visits.

Care for medically complex patients

Dr. Wright is a recognized destination for oncology dental clearance, working directly with Texas Oncology and MD Anderson referrals to clear cancer patients for chemotherapy and radiation faster than traditional referral pathways allow. Sedation options range through IV sedation and in-office general anesthesia for patients whose cases or anxiety call for it.

“Treat the patient, not just the teeth.”

That philosophy anchors a concierge, judgment-free experience for everyone who walks in — from CEOs to the church custodian.
