There are a lot of dental practices. Here's what sets ours apart — especially for something as important as replacing your teeth and restoring your smile.
We use precise digital impressions and bite alignment — not guesswork. Your denture is built to your anatomy, your bite, and your face. The result looks and feels like it belongs.
Dr. Wright handles your entire treatment in-house — no referrals, no waiting. Advanced technology allows us to complete many procedures in a single visit, so you're not making multiple trips to multiple offices.
You will never feel like a number here. From your first consultation to your final follow-up, our team gives you personalized attention and real time. Patients fly in from across the country for this level of care.
We bill Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance in house, which most dental offices do not do at all, and we verify your benefits in writing before treatment. Our financial advocates also help you build a payment plan that fits your life.

Implant-supported dentures are a set of teeth that attach to dental implants instead of resting on your gums. Because the implants act like roots, the set does not shift, does not need adhesive, and does not have to come out at night unless you want it to.
Both options exist. A fixed set stays in permanently and is only removed by the dentist. A removable set snaps securely onto the implants and comes out for cleaning. They are not the same investment, which is a conversation worth having early rather than late.
The implants are designed to last decades. The teeth attached to them wear over time and can be renewed without disturbing the implants underneath.
They are a larger upfront investment than a conventional denture, and getting them involves treatment that a conventional denture does not. What you get in return is a set that does not move, and bone that keeps being used instead of quietly shrinking away.
Because a conventional denture rests on your gums, not on bone. Bone keeps its shape by being used, and a denture sitting on the ridge does not stimulate the bone underneath, so that bone slowly resorbs and the denture gradually stops matching the shape it was built for. That is why the relines start, and why the gap between them keeps getting shorter.
